Delivering a Full-Service Solution in the Heart of Leeds
This project showcased the full scope of our capabilities—bringing together design, space planning, collaboration with the fit-out contractor, furniture supply, and installation into one seamless solution.
We were commissioned to develop a comprehensive layout and furniture plan for a newly refurbished office space at 2-Work, a prestigious serviced office provider located on St Albions Place in Leeds City Centre.
Spanning two floors, our proposed layouts played a vital role in supporting the fit-out team, helping to define where walls and offices would be constructed. Our process began with an on-site visit and detailed discussions with the client to understand their vision, workspace requirements, and budget constraints.
To provide cost-effective solutions, we repurposed and reconfigured existing bench desking—reducing the need for additional furniture purchases while ensuring a cohesive aesthetic throughout. We then developed optimised space plans along with clear, transparent costings and project timelines aligned with the wider fit-out schedule.
Due to parking and delivery restrictions in the city centre, all deliveries and installations were completed outside of standard working hours. Our experienced in-house fitting team ensured everything was installed on time, with zero disruption to the client or the surrounding businesses.
The result? A smart, efficient, and functional workspace—delivered on schedule and with exceptional attention to detail.
