When James McManus approached us to help furnish their new office space at Nostell Business Estate in Wakefield, we were thrilled to get involved. The space was a complete blank canvas, and their vision was clear:

• Create distinct zones for working, meetings, collaboration, breakout, and an AV showcase area

• Reflect their brand identity through furniture choices

• Embrace sustainable design by using pre-loved furniture where possible

Our Approach

We kicked things off with a detailed CAD space plan, presenting a couple of layout options tailored to their needs. To help visualise each concept, we also created mood boards and walked the team through how each setup would function.

A showroom visit brought everything together—James and his team explored the furniture in person, selected colours and fabrics, and made confident decisions that brought their vision to life.
