Working closely with Trinity Medical Centre, our team delivered a comprehensive furniture and workspace refurbishment project designed to enhance both patient and staff experiences. Spanning from May 2025 to July 2026, the project was completed in three carefully managed phases, allowing the medical centre to remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment process.

Designing Welcoming Healthcare Waiting Areas

A key objective of the project was to transform the waiting areas into calm, welcoming environments that moved away from the traditional clinical aesthetic often associated with healthcare settings.

We designed a series of zoned waiting areas using healthcare-specific fabrics in muted, sophisticated tones. A variety of seating options were incorporated to accommodate different mobility requirements, ensuring the spaces were both accessible and comfortable for all visitors.

The result is a modern and inclusive healthcare environment that promotes wellbeing while maintaining the durability and hygiene standards required within a busy medical centre.

Working alongside our AV partner, McManus Consulting, we helped design a space capable of supporting meetings, training sessions, presentations, and collaborative working.

To maximise flexibility, the room was furnished with:

• Mobile tilt-top tables

• Conference seating with integrated writing tablets

• Breakout and collaboration areas

• Contemporary upholstered furniture

The finished space offers a professional, modern environment that can easily adapt to changing requirements.

Supporting Sustainability Through Furniture Reuse

Sustainability played an important role throughout the refurbishment. Our team supported the medical centre by relocating and repurposing existing furniture wherever practical, helping to reduce waste, maximise budgets, and extend the lifespan of quality furniture assets.

This approach enabled Trinity Medical Centre to balance investment in new furniture with responsible environmental practices.
